Shipping Policy


We package and send everything from our Los Angeles based studio to ensure each item is of highest quality before shipping. All items will be sent from Los Angeles within 7 days of payment. 

Standard shipping may take between 2-14 days & Priority shipping 1-3 days, however this may be delayed due to COVID restrictions. This time-frame may vary, being faster or a little slower depending on where you are based in the world.

To ensure swift shipping, please be sure to include apartment and/or suite number, if applicable. 


For pre-orders, shipping time is stated in the product description.

Once your order has been packaged and sent, we will provide you with your personal tracking number in order to check progress of your delivery. This will be sent via email. If you have not received an email with a personal tracking number, please contact info@sirenthebrand.com and we will reply with the necessary information.

Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is, then, responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them at 1-800-275-8777.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Currently, all sales are final sale. We do not provide cancellations, returns or exchanges unless item is damage or default. All custom made and made to measure orders are non-returnable. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (USPS), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier!
